Buffet Stations give an event a festive vibe allowing guests to mingle with others. Stations are set throughout the venue letting guests dine at their own pace and the ability to create some of their own dishes. Have fun with it, that's what buffet stations are all about! You may plan your entire menu with stations (minimum of 3) or add a station or 2 to our standard buffet menus to customize your event. Our stations are priced per person and are limited to parties with 50 or more guests.

Carved to order:
Whole roasted meats or poultry carved by uniformed chef and served with accompanying condiments and a selection of whole grain rolls.

Creamy New England style clam chowder with oyster crackers, along with petite lobster salad sliders and your choice of fresh fish preparation
- Pan roasted halibut with saffron Champagne sauce
- Chatham Cod, mustard herb crust & lemon lobster sauce
- Pan seared sesame ginger cod w/ sweet chili garlic sauce
- Grilled swordfish w/ artichoke, olive & roasted tomato tapenade
Choose one fish preparation to complete your seafood station. $22 per person
Pasta Bene:
On this station you'll find 2 delicious pasta preparations along with freshly grated pecorino cheese, chopped fresh herbs & Italian bread sticks. Choose 2 types of pasta from cavatappi, farfalle, conchiglie, fusilli or tortellini and pair each pasta with a sauce; marinara, fra diavolo, mushroom alfredo, pesto with diced tomato, puttanesca or Bolognese.
$12 per person, add house made meatballs on the side for an additional $4 per guest
Farm Fresh Salads:
Bowls of Organic greens and crisp romaine lettuce are surrounded by chopped fresh tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, mushrooms & peppers, along with olives, feta cheese, sunflower seeds, croutons & house made dressings

Mashed Potato Martini Bar:
Start with buttery mashed potatoes or smashed sweet potatoes and create a 'Tater Tini' with an array of toppings including crumbled bleu cheese, cheddar, sour cream, fresh snipped chives, chopped bacon, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions

Mac 'n Cheese Station:
Dig in to our classic Central House 6 cheese baked macaroni or make it your own special creation using the add-ins which include chopped apple wood smoked bacon, English peas, roasted garlic cloves, grilled asparagus tips, roasted bell peppers & truffle oil.

Dessert & Coffee Bar:
Our heavenly dessert bar features a variety of decadent chocolate minis, dessert bars and cheesecake. Also included is a self serve coffee & tea service.

A candy bar is a great way to add a little whimsy to your event. Choke full of sweet treats including mints & kisses, pops & licorice, Jordan almonds, taffy & more. Artfully displayed and stock with little take away bags for your guests to fill.
