A 50% deposit is taken at the time of reservation. Your balance must be paid upon arrival with either a credit card or cash; personal checks are not accepted. Deposits will be applied to the last nights of your stay. Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the entire reservation at the same rate. There are no refunds for shortened stays. A 10% service charge (not less than $35.00) will be assessed for all cancellations.
All holiday deposits are non-refundable. Please check with our front desk staff to confirm these dates.
Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. Check out is at 11am, promptly. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 10pm so that necessary arrangements are made for your arrival. Also, please note that Crown & Anchor Hotel has a strict non-smoking policy in all of the indoor areas of the hotel area including all guestrooms; smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas.
All Crown & Anchor guests will receive free admission to the various disco events at the Paramount NightClub on all dates except special events & holidays.
