The Central House at the Crown brings simplistically eclectic cuisine to the heart of Provincetown while accenting the region's local seafood and vegetables with very little preparation. Executive Chef David Rothstein's style of cooking is rooted in the traditions of Europe meaning that he takes the best possible ingredients he can source out, and doesn't do much to them. David likes to let the ingredients speak for themselves and works directly with local farmers and fisherman whenever possible.
