DJ Grind

A San Francisco up-and-comer, DJ GRIND's sets are inspired by weekend t-dances and late night mash-up parties, with hands-in-the-air, booty-shaking remixes of the latest US and European pop anthems to keep the crowd pumpin'. He brings his energetic mix of vocal house, electro-pop, and mash-ups to his two residencies-Pledge @ LookOut and D-Lish @ Harlot-and regularly appears at some of the Bay Area's biggest parties, including Fresh @ Ruby Skye. In 2011, DJ GRIND headlines RSVP Vacations' 25th Anniversary Caribbean Cruise, and he's a Top 24 Finalist for the Gay Days DJ Contest.

DJ GRIND is also resident DJ for RealJock.com, where he writes daily dance music reviews ("The Daily Grind") and delivers monthly podcasts that are downloaded by fans in more than 40 countries.

When he's not DJ GRIND, Stephen travels the globe as an AIDS activist, developing HIV prevention and awareness programs for underserved populations. He's also an endurance athlete and personally raised over $100,000 for San Francisco AIDS Foundation as a 6th year AIDS/Lifecycle participant and Greater Than One Wildflower Triathlete.
